n        Semi-Annual Used Book Sale is scheduled for October 18th, 19th, and 20th.  Set-up will begin on October 16.  Moore has notified the Interact Club at Palmyra-Macedon High School so that we would have some student volunteers.

n        Outreach - Handfield discussed possible assistance to Parkwood Heights.  She is going to ask Director Virkler about  the level of circulation for large print books, and check with Parkwood about the usage of books on tape and large print books by the Parkwood Heights community members.  This would be a possible endowment grant application if there is a need for more large print books, or if a circulating audio tape collection would be welcomed at Parkwood Heights.

n        5-8 grade programming - Harbol is going to have a sign-up sheet out for the summer program to try to get a few teens to meet to discuss teen webpage.  This summer the library will have a part-time staff member to do some programming for this age group.  The Friends will look into possibility doing some fall programming depending on how the summer program goes.

n        CRMPL update - have collected $4,025 towards the 2007 matching grant.  CRMPL is preparing to send out the annual campaign letter.

n        History Committee - Handfield reported that the Library board supported the idea of hanging the old plaques in the library.  They will be making a small plaque that states that the old plaques are survivors of the 2001 fire.
