The loan period is three weeks per item, except DVDs and videos (one week). We have installed a drop box near the entrance to the Library.
The schedule of fines for overdue items is:
- Twenty cents ($.20) per-day for Adult and Children's books, audiobooks, magazines, and CDs, with a maximum of $5.00 per item.
- For DVDs and videos, the fine is $1.00 per-day, with a maximum of $5.00 per item.
There is also a $1.00 charge to replace a lost library card.
Hours of operation:
Monday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sunday: 1-4 p.m.The Library is closed during the year for holiday observances:

Macedon Public Library Community RoomThe next time you visit the Macedon Public Library, check out the Community Room. This room is available for community events and meetings. Those wishing to reserve the room for an event should contact the office of the Macedon Town Clerk. Be sure to call well in advance of your event or meeting to make your reservation (315) 986-5932 Ext. 3.
